Here is yet another healthy recipe to give it for your naughty kids who hate vegetables. In general, kids would not wish to have vegetables when given raw or as side dish for food. Instead, give it in the form of vegetable soup, they would relish it more! Take one cup of grated carrot, radish and cabbage. Boil it with two cups of water. When it gets cooked well, filter off the water and add quarter table spoon of butter, little of pepper powder along with salt for taste.

Garnish the same with coriander leaves and serve it in medium heat for your kids. Soups generally activate the taste buds in the tongue and also initiates hunger. So, if your kid is adamant in eating habits, just one cup of this soup before lunch would enhance hunger within him making him to eat more!

In general, kids say a big NO to vegetables. So, why not make the same kids to ask for more of vegetables in the form of vegetable sandwich? Cut one onion, tomato and capsicum. Fry them with a little of oil in the pan, with carrot adding salt for taste. Now, fry mint leaves separately and grind it well in a mixer. Then mix the mint paste along with the ginger paste and butter. Apply this mixture to one bread piece.

Keep some vegetable pieces over it followed by the fried vegetables and garnish with coriander. Keep another slice of bread over it and toast it in a toaster. Vegetable Bread Sandwich serves as excellent tiffin in the morning or evening for your brisky kids!

Let us see the preparation of tasty ribbon pagodas! Take three cups of rice flour and one cup of gram flour in a vessel and mix it into paste. Then add two table spoons of ground chilies and garlic paste to it so that it is mixed until it turns smooth and soft. Add adequate amount of water and salt and mix it until it could be squeezed well.

Heat oil in the deep frying pan and then make the paste into the desired shapes of ribbons so that they are flat and thin. When the ribbons get fried well to golden brown, take them off the oil and break them into pieces. Tasty pagodas are ready! These ribbon pagodas serve as an excellent snack for a chill evening!

Let us see the simple recipe of potato finger chips. Finger chips, though are not advised to be taken as it is a reason for obesity, potato finger chips, made freshly at home in the best oil and fresh potatoes get digested easily and thus be eaten once in a blue moon! Take two potato and boil it well. Peel off the skin and smash it well.

Then add four cups of rice flour, two tablespoons of chili powder, two tablespoons of sesame seeds, salt for taste and mix it well with the smashed potato. Then roll this paste into long finger-like structures and cut them into optimal sizes. Heat some oil in the frying pan, and when the oil is heated, deep fry these potato fingers until they fry to golden brown.

Let us see the preparation of the delicious Green Apple Pulav. Cook one cup of basmati rice and keep it separately. Keep the frying pan in the stove, heat some ghee, fry a few cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, one cut tomato and onion, and fry it well. Grate two green apples completely and add the same to the above mixture along with salt for taste.

Once all the contents are perfectly mixed, add the cooked rice to it and mix it well so that all of the ingredients are equally blended. Finally, garnish the dish with coriander leaves and mint leaves and serve it hot! Green Apple Pulav is an easy dish to prepare that could serve as a first class Tiffin to fight against the hunger of your kids when they return exhausted from school.

Have your kids come home very tired after a busy Monday? Well then! Make them energetic and happy with your tasty instant pulav! Just as its name suggests, you could make this pulav in minutes and satiate their instant hunger! Heat some oil in the frying pan and fry a little of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom. Now add vegetables like, beans, carrot, green peas, turnip, potato, onion all of them finely chopped and finally ginger-garlic paste.

Once these contents are all completely cooked, add two teaspoons each of turmeric powder, chili powder and salt for taste along with green chilies. Now boil the vegetables in the cooker and mix it well with two cups of cooked basmati rice. Finally garnish with coriander and mint leaves and serve hot!

Here is an amazing dish of Green Peas Pulav! First cook one cup of basmati rice and keep it separately. Grind two green chilies, one tomato, onion, and one teaspoon of fennel seeds. Now, heat some oil in the frying pan and fry a little of biryani leaves cloves, cardamom, ginger garlic paste and the ground paste of the above.

When all the contents have got fried well, add one cup of grated radish and cooked green peas to the above and keep it frying in moderate heat. Once all of them has got cooked well, add the cooked basmati rice to them and stir well until the rice is perfectly mixed with the masala. Tasty Green Peas Pulav is ready and proves fine for a perfect lunch!

It is now the high time to make tasty Mint Chicken Pulav! Clean three cups of basmati rice and boil it. Heat some oil in the cooker and fry one onion, ginger-garlic paste, and mint leaves. Add a little of turmeric powder and garam masala then the chicken pieces that has been so long soaked in curd.

Add adequate amount of salt and water for taste and mix the contents well. When this mixture gets cooked well and boils, add the cooked basmati rice to it and close the cooker for some ten minutes, allowing it to get cooked for some ten minutes. When the pressure reduces in the cooker, take the lid off with constant stirring, serve hot for your kids with the yummy Mint Chicken Pulav!

In general, the kids of your home might not love to eat greens especially the spinach. Here is an excellent way to make them relish this! It is the Spinach Pulav! Clean one bundle of Spinach and cook it along with a little of ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and four chilies. Once it is lightly cooked, add the contents to the mixer and grind it into paste.

Meanwhile, heat some ghee in the cooker and fry a little of bay leaves, aniseeds and one onion cut into pieces. Then add ample amount of salt followed by one cup of cooked basmati rice and the spinach paste and allow it to boil. Let the contents boil in the closed cooker for five to ten minutes. Serve it hot by garnishing with cashews for a change as it might be attracting for your kids!

Let us see the tasty recipe of Paneer Pulav! Take one cup of basmati rice, clean and drain it well. Heat some oil in the pan and fry few bay leaves, cumin seeds and cloves. Then add one onion cut into pieces along with cut tomato, chilies each two. When they get fried well, add the ginger-garlic paste frying it to reddish brown.

Finally add one cup of cut paneer pieces. Meanwhile, boil the basmati rice until it gets cooked well. Then mix both of them in a single deep pan and simultaneously add a little of mint leaves and coriander leaves to get the ecstatic taste. Add salt for taste and heat the pulav for some five minutes under moderate heat. Tasty Paneer Pulav is ready to be eaten!
