Qana Memorial Medal
On April 18, 1996, one of the numerous
repetitive Israeli attacks on the Lebanese territory ended with a total of 225 victims of
which 199 killed and wounded in Qana.
On that day, 5 Israeli shells caused the
revolting massacre of Qana:
98 children, women, and older persons
sheltering at the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon camp were killed and another
101 were injured.
The Qana medal is dedicated to the memory of
the Lebanese martyrs of the Israeli shelling of Qana.
On the reverse side of the coin are listed
some of the dates of the repeated Israeli attacks on the West Beqaa and the South of
Lebanon.

radius/Bronze). Medal was produced by Monnaie de Paris company.
