This site has been designed for the sole purpose of publishing the real
estate properties owned by Banque Du Liban. It is composed of three main
sections as follows:
Tender Offers: lists the properties that are
currently offered for tender in view of the letters of interest received. These
properties are also published in the local newspapers at the time the tender is
launched.
Properties By Region: lists the properties owned by
Banque Du Liban which are available for future tender offers upon interest.
Prospective buyers are requested to contact BDL on the telephone numbers listed
below for further information and get acquainted with the formal selling
procedures adopted by BDL.
Show Interest: contains the required documents that
should be downloaded, filled and sent to Banque Du Liban in person or via fax at
the address shown below. Banque Du Liban will, at his sole discretion, launch a
tender offer concerning the properties of interest. Once the tender offer is
launched, all prospective buyers who had already submitted a letter of interest
will be contacted to submit a formal offer in compliance with the requirements
of BDL.
